Sternik Studio FAQ

Questions to ask before choosing the next marketing tool.

A useful answer depends on your offer, audience and sales process. Here is how we think about the decisions behind strategy, AI, search, content and demand generation.

Strategy and working together

Strategy and working together

Questions about scope, ownership and how to decide where to begin.

What does integrated marketing mean in practice?

It means connecting research, positioning, content, search, campaigns, the website and sales feedback around one customer journey. It does not mean running every channel at once. We look at where the journey breaks down and bring the relevant capabilities together. A campaign may create traffic, but if the offer is unclear or the handover to sales is weak, the system needs more than another campaign.

Do we need a full-service engagement?

No. A focused audit, a website project, an SEO programme or the redesign of one workflow may be the right starting point. The breadth of the work should follow the diagnosis. If the issue crosses several teams or channels, coordinating those parts becomes more important than optimising one channel in isolation.

How does a project begin?

We begin with the business problem, your current marketing and sales process, the data you have, and the decision you want to improve. From there we can define a sensible first stage and how to evaluate it. That might be an audit, research, a plan or a specific implementation. We do not assume the answer is a campaign before seeing the situation.

Can you work with our existing team or agencies?

Yes. The point is to clarify roles, inputs and feedback, not to replace useful expertise. We can work on a defined part of the system alongside your marketing or sales team. Shared definitions of a useful lead, a successful handover and a measurable outcome matter more than how many teams appear on an organisation chart.

Search, content and AI

Search, content and AI

How discovery changes when people use both search engines and AI assistants.

How is AI Search different from traditional SEO?

A classic search result often invites someone to visit a page, while an AI answer may summarise information before the visit. The practical foundation overlaps: accessible pages, clear descriptions of the offer, useful original content, consistent facts and credible sources. We also examine how a brand is represented in the answers to specific customer questions. There is no reliable single ranking position across all AI conversations.

Can you guarantee that our brand will appear in ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini?

No. Answers change with the question, context, model, available sources and product features. We can improve the quality and discoverability of information about your company and monitor a defined set of relevant scenarios. We would not promise a permanent placement in an AI answer or present one screenshot as proof of sustained visibility.

Should we publish more articles to improve visibility?

Only if those articles answer distinct, useful questions. We first look at the pages you already have, the questions buyers ask and the gaps between information and the offer. Sometimes the best next step is to update a good page, connect it to related material or clarify a service page. More URLs alone do not make an organisation easier to understand.

What can AI automate in marketing?

AI can help organise research, compare options, structure briefs, prepare drafts from known sources and surface patterns in feedback. We define the inputs, checks and person responsible before automating. Claims about clients, sensitive information, positioning and consequential decisions require appropriate human review. The test is whether the workflow improves quality or speed without losing accountability.

Websites, demand and measurement

Websites, demand and measurement

Questions about turning attention into useful conversations and learning from the results.

Does a low cost per lead mean the campaign is successful?

Not on its own. A cheap form submission can be expensive if the prospect does not fit the offer or never progresses to a conversation. We look at the context of the enquiry, qualification, follow-up and, where available, the progression to pipeline and sales. That feedback can change the targeting, message, landing page or offer.

Should a website be designed for search or conversion?

Both belong in the same brief. A page should be accessible and understandable to search systems while helping a person judge the offer and choose a next step. Traffic cannot compensate for an unclear proposition; a persuasive page that cannot be found has a different problem. We examine these together rather than treating SEO as a finishing task.

How do you measure whether the work is helping?

We choose signals that match the stage of the journey: discovery, relevant visits, useful actions, enquiries, lead quality and sales outcomes where data is available. Not every sale can be assigned honestly to one article or click. We prefer a consistent method and clear limitations to a dashboard that implies more certainty than the evidence supports.

Can we contact you in English from outside Poland?

Yes. Use the English contact form and describe the market, challenge and timeframe. We are based in Warsaw, Poland; we can discuss the scope of a potential collaboration in English. Project budgets shown on the form are indicative ranges in Polish złoty (PLN), and you can leave that field unanswered if you are unsure.
